Opportunity for Hands-on surgery (starts in 3rd week) will be given to trainees at Hair Club International’s clinic in Lahore, to master the latest state-of-the-art methods. Attending physicians and medical assistants will be comprehensively trained in various techniques and would learn all the different types of successful methods from a world class hair surgeon. Visiting doctors will graduate with the practical knowledge of all minimally invasive techniques to perform hair transplants for their own patients. A cozy and inviting atmosphere will await you in the technically well-equipped Training center to practice modern hair transplant surgery, efficiently use a variety of contemporary surgical instruments, learn how to achieve best results with minimal risk of complications.
Visiting doctors are encouraged to follow a comprehensive syllabus for modern hair transplant, besides observing live surgeries. One-to-One training is scheduled for a minimum of 2-3 weeks* (3rd week for Hands-on Surgery Module). This includes hand-on training in 3rd week and practice on real patients at our clinic. Training Outline
The training course at our Hair Transplant Training center includes a wide-ranging syllabus of specific topics. The program covers both general and theoretical principles of modern hair restoration as well as the practical utilization of various medical instruments. The main contents are:
- Basic principles of modern hair transplant methods
- Procedure review and preoperative diagnosis
- Patient Evaluation / Determination of Donor Hair Use / Medical approach and Procedure Plan
- FUT, FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and BHT (Body Hair Transplant)
- Detailed principles of FUT, FUE, BHT & Hybrid FUE-FUT
- Painless Local Anesthesia, Preparation & Administration.
- Tumescence Infiltration techniques
- Harvesting Process / Donor Hair / Body Hair (beard and chest)
- Utilization of the FUE-FUT tools
- Extraction of follicular units from the donor in FUT & FUE
- Extraction of follicular units from chin & chest regions
- Motorized & Manual Extraction
- Preparation of the grafts / Graft care
- Creating the recipient site / Incisions (including methods like Lateral Slits & Micro Blades)
- High Density techniques.
- Naturally designed hair lines, placement of the grafts, hair angling, hair densities

Every attending physician is allowed complete observation of all clinical operations & will have access to all the technical equipment & instrumentation. Visiting participants will benefit from a unique chance for personal hand-on-practice on patients in 3rd & 4th week and would learn all relevant aspects of a hair restoration procedure starting from patient selection & evaluation to Pre & Post-procedure care. Every graduating participant will be able to perform hair transplant on patients after 2-3 weeks. Attending doctors will be introduced to Live surgeries in first 2 weeks & Hands-on surgeries (only in 3rd & 4th week) on atleast 1 patient per day in 3rd & 4th week with approx. 2000 to 2500 grafts (follicular units) each. No hair transplant experience is needed prior to our course.
- During this customized training program besides FUE, you will learn the prospects of “Hybrid FUE with Micro FUT”, find out about the advantages of Hair Implanters (DHI) over Forceps and learn the utilization of the new DHI Implanters, Sapphire blades & CTS Blades. (cut to size) (manufactured by Hair Club International-UK.)
- Furthermore participants will be briefly introduced to Body Hair Transplant (BHT), a technique for hair transplant in those patients with very limited donor supply. BHT is only practiced by a small number of hair surgeons worldwide as it requires exceptional skills and needs a longer experience to achieve satisfying results.
- A varying number of latest & patented medical tools will be at your disposal to individually perform hair transplant on live patients in 3rd & 4th week of course, Patient evaluation, donor management, graft care and all necessary aspects about the restoration process like hairline design and density will be presented, discussed & demonstrated during the program. Those willingly to learn modern hair transplant will get a comprehensive understanding of all aspects and learn to work with precision and accuracy needed to achieve successful & World Class results in hair transplant.
HYBRID FUE – FUT
The main part of the training course will be focused on the different instruments used for inserting grafts & also for the extraction process via FUE & FUT. Both manual and motorized FUE extractors will be presented and applied on patients during attendance. There are numerous types of implanters & punches available for extraction & insertions of follicular units
DHI – Direct Hair Implantation
The main difference between DHI and other techniques is the way in which the hair grafts are implanted into the skin. Most techniques use small manually cut incisions called “SLITS” & use “FORECEPS” to insert hair follicles into these cuts called SLITS. Whereas DHI use a special pen-like specialize device called HAIR IMPLANTER to insert the grafts in scalp skin without prior cuts. DHI is the most advanced technology for hair implantation
BHT – Body Hair Transplant
Body Hair Transplantation (BHT) is an additional option (only in limited & selected patients) for those who have poor donor supply or advanced degree of hair loss. Also, patients with a wide scar due to a previous surgery can opt for BHT to camouflage or disguise the scar. For Body Hair Transplant (BHT), beard and chest hair are used.
Body Hair Transplant (BHT) is not widely practiced in clinics as the number of experienced physicians & technicians for this technique are limited. Currently this method is successfully performed by only a very small number of skilled hair surgeons worldwide as it is very labor-intensive and highly demanding. With BHT, single follicular units with one hair only can be harvested with special instruments from Chin & Chest of the human body. However BHT grafts have a much lower yield than regular donor hair. Furthermore diameter, structure and growth cycle are different & poor from that of regular donor hair.
